Men of Curé Our Purpose
“Our purpose is to encourage men to become daily followers of Christ” "If anyone wishes to come after me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow me" - Luke 9:23 Our Mission Our mission is to help men renew their minds and transform their hearts and lives for Christ “Do not conform yourself to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind” - Romans 12:2 Why Men of Cure Our Catholic faith cannot be lived in isolation. We all need help from our brothers in Christ to point us in the right direction. “As iron sharpens iron, so man sharpens his fellow man” - Proverbs 27:17 We are men under spiritual construction, thus we are all “spiritual works in progress”. This means no man is complete! So by gathering in faith, we help one another move forward on the spiritual path. Men need a space where we can openly discuss spiritual matters and have dialogue with like-minded men. Men of Curé creates an ideal environment where men can gather to discuss our faith and salvation through Christ. Men of Curé encourages us to become more Christ-like influences in our families, friendships, parish community, and the world. God has called us to help influence and transform; to become daily followers of Christ. In essence, Men of Curé helps men get connected with other men who seek to know, love and serve the Lord. We seek, as part of a fellowship, to discern and live out God’s calling in our lives and our lay vocations.
What does Men of Curé do? Men of Curé meet every Friday morning from 7:00 am to 8:00 am in the Fr. Burak Room. We read and discuss scripture, Catholic writings, the Catechism, and discuss topics that affect our lives as husbands, fathers, business men and how our vocation applies to our Catholic faith. I can’t commit to every Friday… Neither can we... Every member does not make it every week. We know that family, business trips, and meetings will be your Friday morning priority on occasion. How can I check it out? Please email
