Have you been thinking about becoming Catholic?
The RCIA process may be for you.
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process through which adults, having been called to the Gospel by the Holy Spirit, seek the living God and desire to enter the way of faith and conversion through the Church. This journey of faith involves several stages, each celebrated by a Rite within the sacred liturgy, ultimately celebrating the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil, those of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.
At Curé of Ars, we welcome those inquiring about the faith as well as those certain they already embrace the faith; questions and doubts lead to great faith, and all give great glory to God. Annually, our Catechumenate begins in mid- September and continues until nearly Pentecost. All who seek the Lord with a sincere heart are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this amazing Journey of Faith. If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about the Catholic Church, or perhaps desires to become a member of the Church, please contact Jodie Stockwell, Director of the Catechumenate, at 913-649-1337 or jodiestockwell@cureofars.com
